  Food is great service and cleanliness of restaurant stinks. I have come here for years and can honestly say they need to take a look at management here. They let me stand in a line they were not serving for a good while with a toddler in my hand while looking at me several times without saying a word. Then finally got to order and the guy was a bit rude. Started ton ask for a manager until I realized his badge said manager. The he realized I forgot my number and brings it to me while my arms are full with baby, diaper bag, and 2 drinks. He proceeds to stuff it in the shoulder strap of my purse instead of asking if he could help or take it to the table. Collin street bakery you need to evaluate your managers! I own a business and would get rid of someone like this.

  Lots of variety of baked goods. We always get a cheesecake when we pass through. Definitely worth the stop when traveling.
