  I hate this place because of their poor service at this specific location. Most the other Sonic's are great.
  
  But I pull into a stall and place my order to an employee who takes it and says it'll be right out. But this screen doesn't show my order like all the new screens​ do when you place your order.
  
  I wait 15 minutes and finally an employee walks out offering customers ketchup so I ask him where my food is since it's been a while. He asks what I order and I tell him. He then asks if I ordered from the stall I had pulled in to. I of course told him yes and he said he'd be right back.
  
  He comes back with a receipt showing my order but placed from stall 1. There was obviously a technological mistake with the sonic systems but I didn't move stalls at all.
  
  He then says I placed my order at stall 1 and moved to the stall I was sitting in. I told him I hadn't moved at all and he said he'd be right back.
  
  After several more minutes he comes back and says he thought I placed the order at stall 1 but left. That's why I never got my food because they thought I was gone.
  
  After he tells me this I tell him that I'm obviously still here and ask if I'm going to get the food I ordered. He says it'll be right out.
  
  Finally my order comes out and I had my food.
  
  But not worth the 20 minutes wait with a snobby carhop.
  
  If he would have at least apologized for Sonic's mistake with the system that would be a little bit better.
  
  But sonic and their employees need to get their junk together at this specific location before I continue to waste time in their drive in.
